Traditional cooking techniques, authentic ingredients and versatile oils are used by the restaurant's Award Winning Chef''s which have been hand picked from various five star hotels from around the world, as well as India its self to achieve a fine balance between indulgent flavours and healthy cooking.
Our extremely talented head Chef has a wealth of experience. He started his career in India in some of the best hotels in Delhi, including the Taj Group of Hotels and the Holiday Inn in Thailand where he achieved a Best International Chef of the Year Award 2007. Little India is open 7 days a week including bank holidays.
